| 1947 | Launch of the company HAANE as a one-man operation in a barn in the Weseker peasantry by Mr. Franz HAANE sen. Main function: Mechanical repairs of all kinds in the village community |
| 1948 | Employment of the 1st apprentice |
| 1950 | The company moved to the location Ramsdorfer Straße 21 in Borken; recruitment of a 2nd apprentice |
| 1956 | Extension of the company building to 100 square meters with the construction of a new workshop Specialization in the fields of mining and textile industries amongst others. |
| 1959 | Due to the closure of the mines in Germany and the departure of the textile industry a change of course took place to the field of welding fixtures. First wage works were carried out for the company TEHAG engineering in Bochum as the largest customer, and then the company HAANE was also commissioned for the development and construction of new welding equipment. |
| 1968 | Continuous expansion of the company building by building a overhead crane hall. Corporate partnership by Franz HAANE jun. |
| 1972 | The company TEHAG is sold, ending the cooperation with the company HAANE. Development of its own HAANE product range in the field of welding automation. |
| 1974 | Acquisition of the company HAANE by Franz HAANE jun. |
| 1979 | Expansion of the program through the development of automatic carriers in the BZ Series. |
| 1983 | Through the development of further components the company HAANE is now able to offer complete SAW welding solution from their own design and production. |
| 1991 | First deliveries of welding equipment for pipe mills. |
| 2007 | In the context of a succession plan the company HAANE is acquired by Dr. K. A. Büscher with partnership of iSAM AG, renaming the company to HAANE welding systems GmbH & Co. KG. |
| 2008 | In addition to the standard range of products the focus lies increasingly on special engineering. Offering a sweat or cutting technical solution for the manufacturing task of a customer is placed at the center of the company’s activities. The product is the result of finding solutions. The diversity of the possible welding and cutting process is dramatically expanded. As a result the construction capacity increases and 3D construction with SolidWorks is introduced. The number of employees multiplies. |
| 2009 | The increase of employees and higher sales require a move to newly built premises with new offices and a new assembly hall at Kotten Büsken 37 in Borken. The ceiling height of about 13 m now allows the assembly and function test of fully assembled large facilities in the factory. |
| 2011 | Dr. K. A. Büscher acquires all shares that are held by the iSAM AG in HAANE welding systems. |
| 2012 | The production is now shifted from Ramsdorfer Str. into the newly built premises at Kotten Büsken. That way the manufacturing environment has improved vastly. |
| 2014 | Another assembly hall is necessary and is built on the site Kotten Büsken on short terms. Establishment of a branch in India along with the iSAM AG, iSAM HWS India Private Limited in Mumbai. A majority stake in the company KLANN automation technology in Hagen is acquired. Our capabilities and expertise in the field of Automation and Control as well as hardware and software engineering are thereby significantly strengthened. |
| 2015 | Complete takeover from Klann Automatisierungstechnik GmbH & Co.KG |
| 2019 | The offices are extended and now there are more modern rooms for the doubled quantity of employees. Additionally, the office building is extended for a new level and there is a big conferene and seminar room. Furthermore, we have a lounge area for our guests and our employees. |
